Ingredients of Chilli Cheese Toast
- Grated Cheese of 1 Cup
- Butter of 3-4 tbsp (at room temperature)
- Crushed Red Pepper of 1 tsp
- Baking Powder of 1 tsp
- 6 Bread Slices (white or brown)
- Coriander Leaves of 1 tbsp
- Salt of 1 tsp
- Milk - as Required
- Oil - for Deep Frying
How to Make Chilli Cheese Toast
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C or 400°F.

Slice each loaf and spread butter on one side of each slice.

In a mixing bowl, combine grated cheese, red chili flakes and salt and mix well.
