Ingredients of Lasagna flatbread


  • Flatbread of 1 pound
  • Marinara sauce 2 cups
  • Ground beef 1 pound (or a vegetarian protein substitute)
  • Garlic cloves of 2 pic
  • Ricotta cheese of 1 cup
  • Olive oil of 2 tablespoons
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese of 2 cups
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
  • Test for salt and pepper


Optional ingredients:


  • Red chilies 1/2 cup ( chopped )
  • Spinach of 1 cup ( chopped )
  • Sun-dried tomatoes 1/2 cup ( chopped )
  • Caramelized onions 1/2 cup
  • Olives of 1/2 cup ( chopped )


How to Make Lasagna flatbread

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F (230° degrees C).

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, the Parmesan cheese, the egg, and the Italian seasoning.

Step 3

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.

Step 4

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the ground beef.

Step 5

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6

Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving, if desired.
